All share orders are filled fresh...literally processed and packaged days before you get it. With that said shares will not be processed until the whole beef is sold via multiple orders. The estimated time for shares for pick-up or delivery varies and is listed above.
1/2 Beef Bundle Share gets you a full side of beef so you can experience a great variety of cuts in the farm to table experience. It is a great option for those who want healthy meats to fill their freezer. As an added bonus...you can pick exactly how you want it processed and packaged! Included in approximately 210lbs of beef. It will fit into a large chest freezer (approximately 10 cubic feet).

We obtain your beef from the most trusted local farmers and ranchers! All livestock is raised and processed right here in Colorado! Our program verifies that you get what you want...you tell us your specifications and we will find it! We want you to experience the amazing quality of fresh, local, Colorado beef tailored to you! You can select your preferences upon your order and check-out process, right here in our online store!
Cost- We believe in complete transparency so we want to share all that goes into your share. The price of our shares comes from a combination of costs. We just wrap it up in a lump sum single cost so you know exactly what to expect in price and what you are receiving. However, you are actually making several purchases here.
-First, the livestock or portion of the livestock themselves are sold to you based off of their live weight.
-Second, you pay for the processing. This price is always based off of the hanging weight. The hanging weight is the weight of the carcass after the animal is harvested, but before it is butchered. After it is all said and done a livestock animal yields approximately 42% of the hanging weight in finished product.
Half or Whole or Partial?
Purchasing a halve, whole, or partial share will allow you to have complete control. We will get cut instructions directly from you walking you through your options. Including cuts, steak thickness, package size for your family, and specialty options like summer sausage, beef bratwursts, meat sticks, and jerky. This will be best especially when it comes to your favorite and most used cuts. This will give you a great variety of cuts in the farm to table experience.
